So looks like Etisalat have messed things up again.
Around two weeks ago my IP address changed from 217.xxx to 92.xx
A week later my Cable Internet line keeps dropping every 5 minutes. Today it's come in the newspaper.
Happening to a lot of people in Dubai, I called over a technician; says hes received around 20 complaints every day since last Monday. He says something is wrong with the server, he took my signal readings..which appear to be fine. All I can do is wait.
Even he disses Etisalat so much. He says 101 is the worst number to ask for assistance, he also says that 'these people' are not even saying what the problem is to the customer. The main cable technicians know the fault but do not pass on the information to the customer service thats why the customer service is never aware of the problem haha
Oh well, I'm waiting and waiting.
