this thread is about a typical female topic, very not my style topic but i want to let it out for a practical reason.

ok, so today i had some time for myself and since i have made up my mind about changing my always dark hair to something lighter, i said i'll go to the salon. which salon was recommended by the way.
so in order to get a light brown, they had to remove the colour first. this guy who was supposed to be so good and everything, didnt even touch my hair, he delegated all the job to others while he was wondering around making calls.
fine, np, i dont mind as long as i get what i want.
the result: they did not remove the colour properly and now my hair looks like baby caca with yellow spots and redish lines(horizontaly i may ad)
this quality work i could have done myself at home and not paying attention to what i do. ive been doing my hair for years and never fcked it up like this. and and top of it i was given the attitude when i said ill pay for the wash and superficial dry, but not for the rest. and this was in a classy hotel, not some rathole...

anyways, my question and the purpose of this thread: anyone knows a good place? i mean good. and for being good they dont charge 1500 for a haircut.

like i said, where i was today, was supposed to be good. and the reason im asking again if its good or not the one u just suggested is cos i dont wish to experiment again. that is if i have patience untill next weekend. the way i look like now, i need some serious retouch asap, so i might as well do my own hair at home.

if it's a reputable salon you need to let people know....

You not only save everyone from another bad experience, especially since I am also thinking of booking a colour session with a place in Jumeirah... so a bit selfish as well.

the reason im not telling is very simple. this place was recommended by somebody who i know did not want to set me up. so the place must be good, but for some reason they messed it up in my case. ergo, im not going to post here full details because i had a bad experience, if aparently everybody else had only good ones.
and calling me selfish will not bring the result you want.

maybe the other way around i could picture myself hugging to death that cute lil monkey.

i usually go to toni & guy anywhere i go in the world, and i cant say im ever dissapointed.

i know there's a branch in dubai somewhere - check their website.
