cause it's just a waste of space...pics like that are 'funny' only once...it's distracting and it's not adding anything. You're recognisable through your avatar...so no need for a huge additional pic...

im planning to move to Dubai, first im tryin' to get the an interview via computer, but if i dont get any good offer in a month or so, i will travel to Dubai and check it out and tihs forums has a lot of tips.
