Do I Need An NOC ?

Hi would really appreciate some help. I am currently sponsored by DIFC which is in the free zone. My employer (the company) is sponsored by them. Do I require an NOC if I am changing jobs within 1 year to work in Abu Dhabi. Can they enforce a 6 month ban. I am in the construction industry. Thanks for any replies.

Hey Xander
I think you will need an NOC because you will be changing your sponsor from DIFC to the new company in Abu DHabi
I think you only dont need an NOC if you are transfering within the free zone.
