FInding information about a visit visa to UAE for a Dominican is imposible, if someone can give me information on how to do the paperwork to obtain the visit visa, please let me know.

it's seems the only way to obtein this kind of visa is by the hotel reservation, but i would like to try to find a medium hotel

Hotels, Travel Agents, Airlines can get you a tourist visa.
A visit visa is something different - friend can get one, or company. See Dubai visas for more.

ok, it's a tourist visa that i need, but the only thing that tell me is that a hotel or a tours operator can get me one, and i want to make the papework on my own, cuz the hotel which can get you the visa are very expesive.

I'm not sure you can for a tourist visa. I think you have to go through a company. Perhaps someone else knows better?

I've obtained visas for visitors through travel companies (for a 500 dh fee) in the past, I think they were tourist visas, not visit visas. Long time ago so sorry, can't remember company name.
