Check out the Kuwait Hilton, they have a little exhibition area that shows the damage done and the aftermath of Gulf War 1.

Take a trip down past the airport, have a look at all the Rapier missile sites, then head down to Fahaheel. The Al Khout shopping and market area there is a new development. On the way back head down to Marina Mall where there is a big funfair area by the sea. It might be open this time of year, however be prepared in Kuwait: Its bloody cold this time of year!!!

I went to the "Arab Organization Headquarters" building. Someone who knows someone, who knows someone arranged for a tour. They poured a lot of money into the builiding and it was pretty cool. They have an atrium with grown trees which are set in some sort of "pot" which they rotate every so many days so the trees get the same exposure to sun, etc. I'm not sure if they allow the public in (probably as they have a library) or if that is the kind of thing that interests you... Beyond that and what has been said...then Nada, Zilch, Zero.
