Not really sure... going to cook them and see what happens. Is there a shelf life for lentils actually, because they might be a bit old... hrmmm.

It might be spaghetti bolognese.

No detox or vegatitis... just something different.

Right back to the lentils - no they should be ok in a few year time frame.

A very nice dish is to parboil/roast potatoes, carrots, pumpkin. sweet potatoes. Then make a sauce of tomatoes, lentils garlic seasoning etc and pour this over the vegetables and bake with cheese/cheese sauce on top
