No I don't think so. The gulf is not susceptible to tsunamis anyway due to the lack of water volume to build a big enough wave.

Earthquake is a very low low risk here... more like to be wiped out by a stray warhead when they nuke Iran.

Maybe..but still there is a risk .......as the plates continue to move (since its in the ring of fire)....the risk will never go away...
