how/where does one go about to buy a villa in the springs?
any input from the members would be appreciated.
looking for a 2br one. what is the approx price?
is it around 2mil AED?

between 2-2.5 will get you a nice one. possible nearer 2.5 will get you a 3 bed

they are in huge demand and are not on the market for long.

I think it is nuts that those villas in Springs are selling for 2.5M. For attached, small villas, with a backyard the size of a 2 parking spaces

Nakheel just released Furjan and Dubai Properties just released Al Waha Villas.

Are those just announced? Won't be built for years then. I went through the frsutration of sitting and waiting for my Nakheel property to be built as they extended deadlines as they wished. Also be prepared to spend time to call them up and fix defects in plumbing and build quality right after handover. Not to mention no internet/phone/cable service for months after finishing.

These questions always bring out the detractors whom mostly haven't bought! Go for it as what is deemed expensive today is cheap tomorrow. That goes for anywhere, even here on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia, the most popular place to invest and move to - just like Dubai!
