Well I think if someone comes out and labels a particular nationality they need to back it up with actually naming that nationality. Don't ya think?

Well I do think also if someone have the decency to talk nicely then one will surely deserve a decent answer.

Just knock on his door and tell him that you will be having a party soon and want to warn him that there might be noise. Depending of who he is he might be interested in attending the party and you can find out a bit about who he is, who lives there, etc. You might get lucky and it is someone subletting or living with unrelated person of the opposite sex....

Then when you politely complain to him and he does not quiet down then he might be thinking about his living situation

If the above does not apply then you are screwed...

Come to think of it, I am thinking about having a party soon.
