which airline do you think is worst. I used to think KLM...but now Air india is on the top.

Easy Jet ..........in the last X-mas ,i ws jst 5 minutes late and they told me to buy a new ticket and i had to spend 100 extra pound in UK

But i consider Pakistan International airline as worst in the term of service. People make it Fish market,kids crying all around , old auntis occupy the entire seats and start sleeping as soon as u leave for toilet.

Couple of fights are always inevitable during flight. . If you get seat beside a gal , her daddy or bro come and request u to sit at another place . If the lady sitting beside u plan to feed her kid , then either u have to close your eyes or leave the seat for sometime Instead of beautiful gal ,they have old beared uncle serving as air host:( .

sort of similar thing happened to me....they said that if you stay for more than 72 hours at your destination you have to reconfirm your ticket or we will cancell it...buggers sent me back from airport at midnight...atleast they could have informed me of such a rule....or when they cancel it they shud infor the customer that its cancelled.....

may be i am a lucky guy...but i have had quite a few experiences in airlines...Once i was travelling from amsterdam to stuttgart in KLM....flight did'nt take off for a while...but there was no explanation from crew for that...after half an hour they announced that there is some technical problem in flush and flight will be delayed....then after 15 minutes one of the repair person came....and one more announcement....technical problem was no water in toilet...finally when the flight took off...water started leaking in the plane above the seats....they gave tissue papers to all the passengers to fill in the gaps...it was one amazing experience....but one thing was there...they were very friendly....unlike air India people...they treat you as if they are doing a favour to you.....

Olympic Airlines has very crappy service... Greeks clamor about their airline but its nothing special... Its worse than some budget African airlines...

Those Greeks get on my nerves... They are so happy to be part of the EU, but some areas of the Middle East and North Africa look more developped than Greece... Lets not get into their culture...

Went to Bulgaria with Balkan tours..thought the plane was gonna fall apart, my heel from my shoe got stuck in a hole in the floor and you were afraid to ask for anything as the stewards looked like they could kill you with one glance...
Air france also sucks ..bigtime!

Guys, you get what you pay for!!!! But some budget airlines are pretty good.

HP if you're late for your flight what do you expect! Passengers holding up planes cost them money and if they're over booked they could quite easily have given your seat to someone else. Had a hilarious incident with Easyjet, was getting one of their flights from Gatwaick to Amsterdam and the flight was delayed because the pilot crashed his car on the M25! Really gave us confidence!

Liban, please leave the Greeks alone, they're fab! And have you ever wondered about the saying 'it's all Greek to me?' actually not far from the truth, so many words in other languages are Greek or originate in Greek.

I have to say the worst airline I've been on recently has to be Swiss Air, never come across such rude, unhelpful crew as I have on that flight, they just didn't care at all. Plus it was sooooo cold, we nearly froze.

I was always made to believe that Qantas was a great airline. The truth: Worse that some of the budget airlines in terms of service and quality of crew. This is not based on a single flight. Have flown Qantas 3 times... everytime I came out unimpressed.

Air India is definitely a bad bet but you don't really expet it to match Emirates so you don't feel the dissonance.

I'd say Air Lanka is a nice airline. The people are genuinely friendly and helpful.
