Can verification, notarization etc. be done in UAE?

I have come to Dubai without getting my certificates verified, notarized and attested for a job. I am on a visit visa at the moment. Is this going to cause a problem? Do I need to send them to the UK to get them done there or can they be done here by my employer and the PRO?
