are there 2br apartments (good ones) available for 85k in dubai? im not looking for old, beat up, dirty ones. has to be clean, well maintained and reasonably spacious.
it dosent have to be in the heart of the city. just some decent area.

International City would probably be your best bet.

The only 2-bds at IC are in those handful of "fancier" 10-20 story buildings spread about within the low-rise country sections. The low-rise country buildings have 1-bd max.

Hmm even in International city the 2 beds are starting at around 90,000 these days.

You can however get a 2 bed villa in Mirdiff for around that, there's a few, but you'd be very lucky.

2br villa in mirdiff for 100k? ive looked thru all classifieds and cant seem to find any villas in mirdiff. who do i contact for this?

how is the mirdiff area, besides being over the flight path? are grocery, restaurants etc closeby?
