It's an interesting question.
Apparently it's a drug which may vaccinate against HPV, which is apparently present in 30 to 60% of women and the highest cause of Cancer of the Cervix.
If the drug works with little side effects, more people should know about it.

Its a vaccine alright. Girls should know about this.
Unfortunately I heard there are adverse side effects.
Unfortunate for me, its only good for girls age between 6-26 years old.
