Quote on Hyundai Tucson. Need advise Nov 11, 2007
Yesterday, just got quote from Hyundai dealer for Tucson.

4WD 2.0L standard for 62000 dhs

5.25% pa (Oman) for insurance (+240 dhs for driver & passenger)
3.99% pa (CBI) for interest

3 years or 60000 km warranty (spare parts).
first 1000 km (free service)

Are the percentages and warranty good?

And said it's 2007 model. The 2008 has no difference other than 1-2K price higher. Is it true? Because I read in the brochure that they're upgrading the safety feature and website (US) that "The 2008 model adds active head restraints and an upgraded stereo.". I'm not sure if it applies also on GCC specs.

Never mind. I took it anyway. But the higher spec instead, V6 2.7L.

Now, is there any Tucson owners group in Dubai/UAE?

hehe
I've been eye-ing the Tucson for some times ago. But since my parents are coming where I require bigger car, that pushed me to buy immediately (than wasting the money for rent) ;) And they apparently have only 1 stock in black (2008 make). After all, I wouldn't have choice also on the rates, do I?

I was into either Tucson or Sportage (bolder look), but then in Dubai I've been seeing more the former one than the latter. More owners means more support, hopefully.
