how much would a 2br villa in mirdiff cost?
would the flight path over it cause problems? is the area good?

The planes like anything can be gotten used to. We lvie directly under the flight path and I sleep soundly at night no problem. The only time it bugs me is when those crappy old Russian planes take off, but not much bother apart from that.

Prices are going up quite alot in Mirdiff at the moment, for a 2 bed villa you'd probably be looking around 100 - 120,000 mark I reckon.
