Position: IT Support Engineer

Salary: To Be Discussed

Location: Shk. Zayed Rd, Near Trade Center

Skills Needed:

- 3+ years experience Supporting Windows 2000, XP and 2003 Server
- 1+ year experience Supporting Lotus Notes Domino Server and Client
- 1+ year experience Supporting Exchange 2000/2003 and Outlook
- 2+ years experience Supporting Office 2003, Office 2007
- 3+ years experience with Supporting HP, Dell laptops and Desktops
- 3+ years experience with Networking. Must be well versed with TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, SMTP
- Familiar with supporting users remotely using Terminal Services, Remote Administration, and other remote softwares
- Must be familiar with Wireless 802.xx technology
- Must be familiar with ADSL, Dialup, etc
- Familiar with latest cell phone technologies
- A very good command over the English Language and has a strong grasp on Customer Service and know its importance.
