Hello everyone,

Just wanted to know the current situation of online gaming with y'all.
My online gaming sucks and is real bad since the past 2 weeks or so and still lags, higher latencies are taking theit toll on me and my patience is running out

My other friends also report higher latencies with WoW.
I play Silkroad Online, does anyone play it?? It's lagging a lot since the past 2 weeks.

Damn Etisalat sucks. I don't want to call them up because thy'll ask me to do the usual stuff which I dont want to bother repeating again.

And I'm sure its not my computer, because whenever my internet acts up, I always feel like something's wrong with my PC, but always turns out that its Etisalat's problem.

what connection are you on and what hardware are you using...

Some more information about your setup may help...

I got 1MBPS broadband provided by Etisalat
Problem started around 2 weeks ago..friends also facing same problem.
And obviously if i call etisalat they'll just say that its got nothing to do with them

well the latency in wow doesnt necessary mean that your isp is slow, it could also mean that the isp that wow is connected is facing an outage or something. Did you run the test with wow?

type "tracert en-login.worldofwarcraft.com"

you can see where the "ms" is high

Sorry but I don't play WoW.
I play another MMORPG which has been lagging for around 2 weeks, but i dont know, could be the game's server problem, although none has reported any problems

how is the online gaming situation now??

im currently downloading America's Army so please someone let me know if its worth it or not.

Online gaming is really really good at the moment..never thot i wud say that.
Getting really good pings since around 2-3 weeks. Hope it stays that way.

well...im getting ping as 460 on a server where i used to get 220 i know 220 is still high for BF2 but it was fine for me

hope things get better for me...it is definitely better than before tho
