I've got some proposals regarding investments in hotels.
There is an hotel where:
1. Total investment required for this project is Dhs 8 million
2. Hotel has a total of 115 rooms and is a 4 star property located in Dubai and has been refurbished.
3. Investor will receive Dhs 1.6 Million of its capital at the end of each year for the next 5 years.
4. In addition to the capital the investor will receive a profit of Dhs 900,000 at the end of each year. Total 4.5 million profit over 5 years.

6. The hotel contract will be agreed with myself Sacoor please be advised that the hotel will be leased and not owned as per the rules of Dubai.
7. Me, Sacoor will be liable to pay capital and profits to the investor - contract can be made as per schedule
8. In case of breech of contract between myself Sacoor and the investor immediately the investor can take the lease over and carry on trading, which I'm sure it won't happen.
9. I am very confident that this is a profitable investment which the investor and I both can make money.
I'm sure the Investors nowadays are aware of the market in Dubai and I'm sure they will jump into any opportunity given with good return.
This opportunity is not known to the market at the moment I have only a few days to decide as the owner has 5 hotels of which I have chosen this 4 star property. The owner wishes to go into Real estate developments this is why he wants to lease all his business so he can concentrate more into his future venture.
