Hi guys,


is that true, that only married couples can rent a villa? I'm single and want rent a villa. I will be working in "Dubai Airport Free Zone" where is the best location to rent one?

I remember hearing something about this. not sure the details but there was some rule passed saying a bachelor can not be forced out of any apartment anywhere in the city because of his/her marital status but the flip side was that bachelors could not rent villas.

Don't really know details though including how 'enforced' it is. My feeling is though if you find a place you like and are willing to pay the rent people will not say no.

Although I'm pretty sure it won't be enforced if you rent the place to a single male, I know a lot of single people who rent and share villas.
