I would presume that it is just an interview, if you have all the right Qualifications & experience, you should be fine I would have thought.

not in that fashion , well i've been reading post and threads on how emirates will interview their future employee by putting them in group activities and having some moderator with a check list see who is the better one out etc.

in that sense i wonder if anyone here has ever experience getting an interview like that for an engineers position in emirates airline
