i like to see it on the um suqeim beach, pretty quiet there.

My favourite is the 'Boardwalk', next to the creek in Diera. The sun sets into a horizon of architechture, rather than a mist of cement dust and sand......Mind the seagulls though, they'll have your fish n chips away, whilst you're still trying to set up the 'perfect' photo. (Not that I'm talking from experience - no-one would be that silly!?)

Jumairah beach is also good the sun sets into the Arabian Gulf.

Ooohhh ... Bar 44 at Grosvonor House always a good stop, Hilton Jumeriah roof top bar - the terrace faces the sea giving you a good view of the Jumeriah Palm ... 360 at JBH is the best bar for sun downers but it is not open until after Ramadamn is over......I always wonder why I know Dubai best via nightlife spots...
