Just ensure that the provider has a proper pharamceutical licence, as in the UAE herbal medicine stil needs government pharma approval from the Ministry of Health.

Do NOT, I repeat NOT, feel tempted to import or mail order them in.

You probably won't get in trouble, but the store will, and you shouldn't support these illegal activities.
