Hello Friends,

In an effort to seek the best opinion to decide on final judgement, I need expert help. I have got offer from a company in Abu Dhabi as well as one in singapore. Moneywise both have same salary but in Abu dhabi it will be tax free and job responsibility is more. The job relates to HR staffing in IT which I m doing currently in india....

can anyone suggest me which one to opt for. Please help..

It depends on your goal and expectations.

For savings, AD might be better.
For life & environment, Singapore might be better.
Can't mix both I'm afraid.

Also consider your career path. What do you want to be in the next 3-5-10 years. Some places/companies offer growth, some don't.

You have also to consider that Abu Dhabi has tremendous potential for the next 10 years. It's also not that bad a place to live, different to Dubai, but OK in my opinion.
