Maybe i'm being alittle ignorant but my girliefriends and I have always paid our own way. How can we expect to be classed as equal at every level and then expect to be paid for. I've always found that men find independent, strong women attractive.

But let's face it boys... you love to feel needed!!!

It costs less in long term and is more sincere! Really, some ladys (without quotes) are extremely overpriced for what they are offering in a relationship, including intercourse.

Which reason is that? Nobody is gonna love you more when you buy gifts for your bf.
People appreciate small things better than expensive gifts. Some flowers, or a picture of you two on the wall....
If that doesn't work, then probably you found yourself a golddigger. (I learned that from the Oprah Winfrey show HAHAHAHAH)

So mine advice: next time cook for him. He will appreciate that more than an ugly yellow T-shirt or something...

its becoz theres not much things to do here in dubai but shopping..
is there any romantic places here that we can go? i know most of u would disagree and say.. ah we can be romantic anywhere even at home, it depends on the person u know.

but have u ever thought how it is when u were in other places where romance and public display of affection is of tolerrance?? think!! where were u when u and ur bf have the most fun together?? for me not in dubai =)

Because they're not buying love, they're buying a 'f*ck'. Lets not confuse the two.

The reason as to why they're buying? There are no women here. Locals are out of bounds for us western guys. It doesn't leave many options.

Agree, the moment you start paying money for the thing while knowing that everything will end once the flow of money stops, then you probably need to review your social life.

actually i like surprises..i dont like a man asking me where to go. I experience that often...yah, they aRe being a gentleman so i cant blame them.

Well, to tell you the truth, men like surprises too. We hate it when we ask: "so what shall we do?", and all we hear is: "what ever you want". Or: "What do you feel like eating?" and she: "Whatever you want".

It's soo cool to hear something else like: "let's have some steak!! And after that we'll go bowling or something. Or wait: pool is nice too".

or man with lots of money. u know as they say the beauty of a man is in his money lol a chick once told me that lol

perhaps the reason some people like to buy love with money is because they think they can actually buy love with money.. im most most of us agree that the only way you get love,, is when you give love, not necessarily money-- although money could part of how you support the one you love (not to the point that this is all that matters in the relationship).
