Last week a report in Russian language at first revieled the news:

A member of the Dubai Royal Family Sheikh Saeed Bin Maktoum Al-Maktoum has married a waitress, who worked in a hotel in the capital of Belarus, Minsk, the prince's manager said last Tuesday.
The Sheikh, who is already married with five children, met his second wife, a Muslim from Azerbaijan, in Belarus while taking part in a clay pigeon shooting competition.
The Prince won a silver medal in the event and twice extended his stay in Minsk.
