1. Scan posts for "personal" attacks (whatever that means) then delete or move.
2. Scan posts for posts from "girls" then be "nice" to them, "protect" them, and put lots of winks on your posts.

4. Take every post personally.
5. Pretend you are king
6. Pretend you own the forum
7. Claim you do a great job as mod.
8. Claim being a mod is a thankless job.
9. Complaint about being a mod but ignore complaints about mods.
10. Wait until someone points out the large amount of spam and then delete and make a "speech" about it.
