I think I forgot to mention that I need the french translation rather urgently. Someone out there please help me out on this. I'd really appreciate it.Luv u all.

i translated in Danish (somehow).

Its stupid at one hand u r saying that all agents r buzy and then u say if u want to talk immediately then Press 1 ...........?

Do u think people call for fun from France ?

i think u missed the point. The agents that speak french are busy therefore if the caller choses to speak in english then they may dial 1. I hope its clear now. And btw I aint that stupid ( i am stupid like everyone else to some extent) that I cant read "FBI" even if its in dutch!!!

if u had french agents then he would have translated the above text in French. U didnt need a public forum for that. It means that u dont have any French agent.
