Looks... one can 'compromise' on... (to a certain degree:)).... hygiene... not even up for discussion!

How can someone look good if their hygiene is taken care off?!

And if you are civilized enough to take care of your body hygiene, it think you wouldn’t look that bad!

But if have to make a choice, I would say hygiene, I care more about how I feel about my self, than how good ppl think I look.
