i have come to india on an emergency from abu dhabi where i am workin for a construction company and my visa base is al ain. now the problem is that it is not possible for me to return to work or rather not return to the UAE due to some personal commitments. i wanted to know whether it will be a problem for me in the future if i ever decide to relocate again in UAE if dont cancell my visa.....

You need to cancel your visa.

If it is truly a personal emergency and you can't return then write to your employer and asked them nicely to cancel you visa so that you have no probles (as Major said above you need to properly cancel your visa).
