I maybe able to help on general rhinoplasty issue. But cant help if you need recommendation on plastic surgeons in Dubai.

Seriously, good luck in your search. Go to one of the more expensive nightclubs and socialise - a good proportion of those will have had some surgery.

NOSE JOB!!! this makes me furious that people undergo surgery to make them look pretty and boost their confidence levels. I think it is ridiculous why would you want to do that to yourself be happy with what your blessed with. Sorry if i am over-reacting but i'm worried for the future when they might start designing babies with the help of the human genome project which is totally wrong from my end.

Dr Jaffa Khan and his partner at the Speicialist Medical Clinic on Al Wasl Road are the best known surgeons here. They pretty much do everything.

have you considered that it may be for a legitimate medical reason? old broken nose, breathing problems, deviated septum etc..

don't worry i'm not arguing with you, i hate the idea of designer babies as well, it just genentics and reconstructive surgery are a little far removed.... you ever see GATACA?

Good point DXB! It coul be for any number of reasons, not purely 'costmetic'.

Indeed, I have had a nose job, and nothing to do for cosmetic reasons.

When I was in my Rugby days I frequently had my nose broken. It got so bad the 3rd time I had to have a nose job so I could breath properly through it.

Also, in cases where people have really huge snozzers, I think it's acceptable to get a bit of a reduction as well.
