suprised no one has mentioned this already-- if it comes thru dubai (possible) we could have trouble!

I think I'll pick up a cheap villa on the Palm this Thursday.

Apparently it has alreaqdy hit the shores of Oman, severe winds (270 km/hr)

So far it's been slightly windy yesterday, but weather's still fine in Dubai, just the normal smog

What kind of natural disasters do you guys typically get in Dubai? Tornadoes? Earthquakes? Hurricanes? Anything? Nothing? We don't get a lot of news about Dubai over here.

We have had an ongoing one, hopefully the newly declared amnesty will take care of it
