Had an accident and I'm worried.

Dont worry...it happens....my friend hit an indian on the high way....guy flew over the car and probably died on impact.


You cant help control other peoples mistakes and action.

Life goes on (for the ones that are still alive lol)

Dude, can you tell me if insurance pays the blood money, or is it out of pocket?

I think most insurance policies cover this. Always good to read the fine print though.

ah yes....my friend who had this accident went through alot of trouble.

Insurance pays.

But they tried to put ALL the blame on him.

Butin the end he just went to jail for 3 days.

And a few months later the case closed....but insurance payed.

I'm really worried guys. I definately don't want to go to jail.

Jail is real fun in the uae they bring your food in a builders wheel barrow it is rice and rice

All insurance covers blood money, it has to.

In every case I've ever read about these incidents, the drivers always get done for reckless driving, which we all know is stupid, as how the heck can you avoid a guy running across a highway.

A friend of my mother had this happen, the chap just ran across the road and he couldn't avoid him, without causing a major pile up and probably causing more casualties. Insurance paid the blood money, but the driver again got a few days in prison.

She was supposed to go back to the Police station on Thursday evening, so its one of 2 things, she is still there or they let her go. Blood money is not an issue as the person was not even injured.

goooooood!!!!! take all those bastards out on the road.... even those $^@!'s that are driving who don't know how to drive. Just take them out. You'll be doing society a favour, therefore, no punishment
