that depends on how much experience you have and where you are coming from and what field or work you are in.

if it seems like a good package to you, why not take it and see how life is with that package.

as nuzbim says... depends on many things.

If you are a street cleaner, then accept with all haste.

If you are a neurosurgeon, then you should take your talents elsewhere or enter into to some serious negotiating.

I suspect that you are somewhere between these two professions, but you get the point?

You should be able to live ok on that. You might want to ask for a bit more on the accomodation. Rather than get a hire car ask for a transport allowance. Then you can buy a car of your choice.

2 flights a year is not normal. 1 flight a year is the norm.

2 flights IS normal. One going out, one return.
