where? Oct 11, 2005
I`m about to make the move to Dubai. I am going for a visit in a few weeks.

I need to know where the best areas to stay and which areas to stay clear of!! I`m looking to rent a villa, 3 or 4 bedrooms.

I need to make appointments with agents to views properties, what is the best way to go about this? I know the weekend days are different there but generally are agents flexible enough to allow you to view properties at the weekend?

thanks

Hi, let me know if you need any help when you get here, Im originally from the UK working for a real estate company in Dubai, no problems about showing you properties on the weekend which is Thursday and Friday in the UAE. The most popular places at the moment with expats is the Springs and Arabian Ranches, if you look at web page www.emaar.com, this site will give you more information about the type of villas in this area. You can contact me at grdodd46@hotmail.com or +971503163367.
