This is something very wierd in Dubai. If you put ur mobile no on business cards than u are working 24*7, people can call u at all times of the day and night. Am I the only one that is troubled by this?

It's just normal practice here for people to do that. Plus many people are on the road alot so the office number is pretty useless.

Many people have two phones, one for business and one for personal use.

Correct, Business phone turned off at 6pm

I am available 24 hours a day. People don't call me after 5 pm anyway in my line of business.

If you can't find the 'reject call' button on your phone... then yeah.

If I don't recognise the number I don't answer it - if it's important a message will be left.
If I'm sleeping it can be set to silent.

I've always had my mobile number on business cards both in the UK and Middle East.

I lost my phone for a whole week and it feels so damn quiet and relax.

However, somebody found my phone and return it, the turmoil starts again.

I've seen a phone advertised which will take two sim cards but what happens if both numbers are called at the same time?

I don't put my cell phone number on the card. That way I can control who it goes out to. Doesn't stop the idiots where I work giving it away to everyone tho.
