Well, I will try to explain what did I want to know talking about business and heart...
Let's say you do business with some person...You are business partners and friends (do not mix lovers here...it's a compliteley different things...)...Your business is doing well...but once by some mistakes one of you've got into the trouble...
What is other person going to do in this case: just to leave his partner (friend) or try to help him/her to get out from that trouble???

What I wanted to ask: Friendhsip is friendship.....It's good when everything is going smoothly.
But when it is about money and trouble: there is NO heart. Business is business.

Your opinion?

You should never mix business with friends and family... it's a total recipe for disaster.

for me when i am trying to run a business and make a living out of it, that means something. I wouldnt mix friends or their friendship in it in the first place. If unfortunately it happens that friendship comes in the way, would have to look at the business, as it not only supports me and my family but families of people who work for me.

It does have heart, but business first, friends later

yes very true...business is business..no friends, no relatives, no lovers...
put your heart on whatt you have doing but never on the person whom you are working with...

Never involve loved once in buiness,it's a disastre recipe.tried it few times, never worked, always end up in amessy situation.
but if already in the mess, need to help your partener from whatever mess they got him/herself into.
