I would just like some ideas based on living in Dubai....

I'm just wondering if it is possible for a Westerner to get work in the hotel/hospitality sector?

Are there any companies or ways I can get a VISA to allow me to work?

I would just like to know if I can go to Dubai for say 2 years to get some overseas experience etc?

Yes, when you get a job the company will sponsor your visa/residency.
