Hi,

Can anyone advise me of any good nurseries around the Jumeirah/Marina area. My son is nearly 2 years old and will be looking to put him into nurseries, around July/August.

Any advise would greatly appreciated.

Not an answer I'm afraid, Chinku, but another question as I'm in the same position as you. I've heard that a lot of nurseries are closed in July and August. Is this true? If so, what other options are available?

better browse the www.expatwoman.com for education related questions. there have been various discussions on school topics on that forum. lots of school mums who will give you a more accurate picture of what schooling is like over here.

There are lots in Jumeirah / Umm Suqeim. Sort the list by telephone number and look for ones that start with +971-4-32, 33, or 34.

I'm Indian and I'm looking at two options which both look very good

British Orchard (Mankhool) and
New Dubai Nursery (Satwa)

Both these are not very far from my home in Karama so are suitable for me.
