Hi,

I'm looking for an IT Support person who speaks English VERY well and with atleast 3-4 years experience in the following fields:

a. Windows 2000/2003 Server, Windows 2000 pro/XP Pro. He/She must know this inside and out and be comfortable in troubleshooting.
b. Lotus Notes Administration and Support (Domino and Client 6.5.x)
c. Experience with Networking Protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
d. 802.xx Wireless Support
e. VPN Support
f. Ghost Image Deployment experience and Image creation
g. Experience with HP, Dell, IBM hardware (Laptops, Desktops, Servers, Printers)
h. MS Office Suite 2000/XP/2003
i. Exchange 2000/2003 Support
j. Remote administration using PC Anywhere, Net Meeting, Remote Desktop
k. This person will be handling day-day issues.
l. Document management and creation of installation procedures, etc



The duties will not stop there and may include purchasing hardware, travel within Dubai. Must have own car. (Will be paid mileage)

The most important quality we are looking for is someone is VERY Customer Oriented. Must be a team player, is willing to learn. This person will have to exceed Customer Support standards and must be able to handle mutliple issues at once. He/She will be comfortable in a multi-cultural environment.


Salary will be between AED 6000 - AED 8000 per month for the right person and depending on skill level.


Indian nationals perferred. Must be residing in Dubai.
