Hi there everyone....Would really appreciate if anyone can help me....

i was working in dubai for quite a while..had a problem with my visa..therfore i coudnt renew it...and i was illegal in dubai for 2 1/2 years...now i have cancelled in labor and emmigration and left the country..i am in my native place now....before i left the country....my eyes were scanned......
now the question is...CAN I GOT DUBAI ON A VISIT VISA...?
IF NOT...IS THERE ANY POSSIBLE WAY FOR ME TO LIFT THE BAN....?

You can not come to UAE on any visa now till your bun will be over.
Another way is. If some company in UAE needs you, they can clear this bun from Immigration (just pay money). But it can happen if they really want you.
