there is a site saying holywood wants to move to Dubai, is that true?

I seriously doubt it otherwise, Hollywood wouldn't be Hollywood anymore. However with the creation of studio city, movie makers from around the world are being enticed to come and shoot their work here.

Why would anyone even contemplate on this issue?

What about all the sand and dust getting on the props?

Hollywood is the one and only Hollywood. Hollywood will always be Hollywood. Now saying that doesn't mean that big productions aren't and can't be produced in other places with frequency. For example, they call Toronto Hollywood North. A lot of filming happens there because it's less expensive than doing it in Hollywood or New York.

It means every time someone clicks on the above link the page owners will have to pay someone a 'referral' fee.

I don't think hollywood move to dubai, you can not move the hollywood to dubai, maybe some of the actors or directors make some business in dubai, but incase of moving I think never,
because of security reason , and also some of the hollywood stars feel more comfortable in hollywood, not in dubai. because they can't have alcohol and drugs in dubai. the last one hollywood run by Jewish,

PC, you cant really go to bollywood even if u would've wanted to. Coz, unlike the hollywood, LA district, bollywood is just a term not an actual place. Its just portmanteau word, from hollywood n Bombay, which is the financial capital of Hindi movie industry.
