I am from New Delhi India and looking for a Studio Apartment or 1 Bed Room Apartment. What sort of furnishing, equipment and facilities can I expect. I have no clue on the rentals but is it reasonable to expect something for 1000 USD a month?

With 3300 dhirams you could find something in Karama or Bur Dubai but if you raise your budget to around 4K, you could find something even nicer.
