Hi,

Requirements:
1) Must know Linux... and I mean know it well via the shell. Should be comfortable with remote administrating a server. Everything from installing new packages, taking care of dependencies, creating/managing user/group access, creating and restoring backups, setting up Apache/PHP/mySQL, etc

2) Must be well with various databases. Must know how to setup and design a databases based on requirements, must understand the importance of elegant database design, etc. Hibernate experience considered a plus.
