Can anybody share with me information about percentage of his / her allowances and basic from the total remuneration? For example:

Total: 100%
Basic - 50%
Housing allowance 25%
Travel allowance (including annual ticket and transportation) - 5%
Family / school allowance - 15%
Other allowances 5%

What is ratio of basic to the total (in percent)

Did anyone face discrimination or violation of UAE labor law on his / her work? What was that?
