Hey Peeps,

especially women out there was at the beach the whole day on saturday out in the sun, forgot to carry a block and so right now have a severe tan and a case of sunburn on my face, head & shoulders . any tips to recover fast ? i look like a big red baboon right now

Get some Aloe vera cream, it may not be too late.

am already using that:)

Cut tomatoes - keep them in the fridge. When, cool, you rub them over the er.............burnt bits. Honestly! Cooling and it takes the sting out. Also goes very well with the curd.

Surely you must be able to get AV gel from a pharmacy?

the gels pretty good but the actual plants are the best remedy , ayurveda taught me that:) in between if u dont remember i am a pharmacist, but they dint teach us how to get rid of sun tans lol
