Hey, a few of us newbies Emurella, Cyrix, MaD, Bella UK to Dubai (generally less than 6 months) get together during the week. We'll probably be organising a night out Monday for a sneaky midweek drink - if anyone is interested in coming with let me know. PM me and come join in - all good fun!

I suggest that we "outsiders" will simply set up our own socialising event, the people who are "in the loop" are free to join of course. No fancy list needed in this case...

i think someone needs to be accepted...its like the rebel without a cause...you dont wanna talk to me...i will talk to da walls...dude can you sing/croak/quack...then sign up for the next kareoke session we have...will be organising it middle of march...anyone else interested...lemme know...as jeevan/nick81/ian/scarlet/princess/me/mi angel/cargirl/wafaey/dubai knight/pixiee 32/maad/fayz...and loads other can say...its been a good forum for friendships....we vets dont come that much anymore...but there are events all the time...will keep all of ya'll posted...

mmm.... Karoke .... I have not seen it advertised.....but then again that is a good thing no one would want to hear me sing that's for sure

They do have Irish bands playing traditonal music all day...I am sure in the spirt of things they would not mind you joining in

dunno about IV ,the place where we go or rather will be going has a karaoke setup with a nice collection of songs, chinese included so if u wanna try ur hand at chinese ur free to do so. the food is amazing and pretty resonable, will get in touch with const if hes back and get things rolling

Shall we leave it to you to do it? Yalla we'll try to do something from our side, maybe set a karaoke night for next week... The more we talk about it the less likely it will happen. This happened with the Karting Event Part 2. Didn't hear about it? Yup, it's because it remained an idea, something we all wanted but never organized! Hopefully we'll do it again before it gets too hot! If I remember correctly we did it in June last year ( ? )
Ok let's stick to Karaoke for now, I'll make a few phone calls and hopefully by the end of the weekend we'll have decided on a date and time...
