Hey guys,
just wondering if AED18k a month is enough money to support a family in dubai, renting a 1 bedroom apt in or around the greens/marina end of town, prob rent a car, modest lifestyle etc..
any advice is good advice.

You could manage, but it would be tight, try for an Apartment in the Al Basha area close to MoE, lots of new places on the market and the prices are reasonable.
