I've had a sudden flurry of emails from people I've never heard of saying they've requested to add me to their friends' list in Facebook. I've heard of it, but I've never accessed it, so how are they getting my address?
Why does it seem so popular and why is access denied here?

facebook is a networking community like orkut , yahoo 360 , myspace. its the new one on the block i guess, but i dunno how unknown people are sending u the requests. i have received them just from people i know. Good luck to u in dealing with the spam

None other yaar, i had one on hi5 and friendster but deleted it started getting a lot of crap messages so currenly orkut is the one hahaha

unmentionable, some people are willing to do anything to get to dubai ( i guess u get it )i guess hi5 has a high number of members than orkut so that increases the probablity of more spam and crazy messages, so better to be off it then on it.

i love facebook..it is so much better than those other sites...your profile is private, and you can upload so much onto it..and it is also very organized
