When you have an interview, do they always contact you after that to tell you if you have been succesful or not, or only if you have been chosen??. What is the custom here??. I am waiting for feedback from 3 places...

i think its similar to most companies here

when the interviewer finishes from the interview, he/she goes back to the HR and submits the papers if the candidate has been accepted or not. Depending on the HR load, they call back in that same week or the beginning of the week after. If you have been declined then they wont call ever.

For professional companies, they will usually inform the applicant whether the job application is successful or not. Unfortunately, not all companies here do that. If you didn't receive any call from them...move on.
